Step 2: Open the Booking Form
From the tour page, click through to grinlo.com/book. If you arrive from a specific tour link, that tour is pre-selected — you can still change it from a dropdown before you continue.
Step 3: Pick a Date and Time Window
The form asks for two things here:
- Date. The earliest available date is tomorrow — the system does not accept today's date, even earlier in the day. Plan at least one day ahead.
- Time window. Three options: Morning (9:00 AM–12:00 PM), Afternoon (12:00 PM–4:00 PM), or Sunset (4:00 PM–7:00 PM). If you booked the Sunset Special, we calculate the exact departure time for your date's actual sunset and send it with your confirmation — you don't need to work out golden hour yourself.
Step 4: Enter Your Guest Count
Enter how many people are riding — up to 3 adults per pedicab (2 for the Proposal Package, since it's a private ride for two). Kids under 5 ride free on a parent's lap and don't count toward the guest total. The booking form's hard rule is simple: tomorrow or later, never today. Beyond that minimum, how much further ahead you should book depends on timing:
- Weekdays, off-peak months: 24-48 hours ahead is usually enough.
- Weekends and Sunset Specials: Book 3-5 days ahead — these slots move fastest.
- Fall foliage (mid-October) and other peak weekends: Book 1-2 weeks ahead if you can; this is the single busiest stretch of the year.

Booking for a Group
