Agreement

By using grinlo.com or booking a tour through our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Grinlo Tourism LLC ("Grinlo," "we," "us") operates this website and booking platform.

Our Service

Grinlo is a booking platform that connects tourists with licensed pedicab drivers for tours in Central Park, New York City. We are not a transportation company — we facilitate bookings between you and independent, licensed pedicab drivers.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed per person, not per pedicab.
• Your total is calculated as: tour price × number of guests.
• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe in US dollars.
• Prices are subject to change, but your confirmed booking price is guaranteed.

Bookings & Cancellations

• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment.
• For cancellations made 24+ hours before the tour, we offer a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• If we cancel a tour (e.g., severe weather, driver unavailability), you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Tour Conditions

• Maximum 3 guests per pedicab (2 for Proposal Package).
• Meeting point: Central Park South (59th St & 6th Ave) unless otherwise specified.
• Tours operate rain or shine. In cases of severe weather (thunderstorms, blizzards), we will contact you to reschedule or refund.
• All drivers are licensed by the City of New York and personally vetted by Grinlo.
• Grinlo does not sell, provide, or arrange alcohol of any kind during tours.

Tipping

Tips are not included in the tour price and are entirely optional. If you had a great experience, your driver will appreciate it. Tips go 100% to the driver.

Liability

Grinlo acts as a booking platform connecting you with independent pedicab drivers. While we vet all drivers and require valid NYC pedicab licenses, Grinlo is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the tour. Drivers carry their own insurance as required by NYC regulations.

Intellectual Property

All content on grinlo.com — including text, images, design, and logos — is the property of Grinlo Tourism LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
